“Songs from the Revolutionary War”
Cosby Gibson and Tom Staudle, award winning songwriters and singers, will perform “Songs from the Revolutionary War” on Monday, August 21, 6:30 – 7:30 pm at the Mayfield Presbyterian Church, 22 N. Main Street, Mayfield, NY.
The history of the American Revolution is detailed with many battles, conferences, and personalities, but it was also a time of patriotism, inspiration, and song. The Mayfield Historical Society will be presenting Cosby Gibson and Tom Staudle, award winning songwriters and singers, who will perform “Songs from the Revolutionary War” on Monday, August 21, 6:30 – 7:30 pm at the Mayfield Presbyterian Church, 22 N. Main Street, Mayfield, NY. The program includes eight historic songs with interesting narrative and anecdotes of the history of this war. The program is free of charge and refreshments will be served.
