General Nicholas Herkimer’s 40 mile trail to Oriskany August 3 to 6th 1777, during the American Revolution.
In the early 1900s, the DAR placed 14 Monuments from Herkimer Home to Oriskany and back.
There are 13 stops and talks, with some physical exertion. $30.00 cost, pre paid.
