The Mayfield Historical Society’s 33rd Annual Christmas Open House at The Rice Homestead will take place on Saturday, December 7th, from noon to 4 p.m.

The 1810 historic home will be adorned with period holiday decorations with fireplaces ablaze. Santa will visit and be available for photos, homemade cookies and hot mulled cider from the kitchen’s wood burning stove will be served, live music will be provided by Fleur de Lys from 12-2 and Bob Gould, Joan Stephens, and Paula Lizor from 2-4, and the popular homemade pie sale will once again take place.  Admission and refreshments are free.
