Her National Impact and Stories about Canajoharie on June 10 at 2 pm

Rachel Greenfield will give a talk on Mrs. Charles B. (Rose) Knox – the foremost businesswoman in America in the 1920s – her origins, rise to fame and fortune, and legacy to American women. Greenfield, who is writing a biography of Knox, will also speak about the growth of Knox Gelatine, the company Mrs. Knox ran from 1908-1947, and the many uses of Knox Gelatine in foods and medicine. Greenfield’s presentation will also include information on the Knox family, who were from Canajoharie, and little-known facts about Knox and Beech-Nut.
